Abiding to the Laws

There are laws, and then there are Maltese laws. The latter are just a reminder that the Maltese are still part of a somewhat European society. You can abide to them if you want, but you can also break them, because as soon as you break them once, your only hindrance to breaking them is the feeble act of grumbling.
