After-sales Level: Maltese

This subject might require more than one sketch, but with this one in particular I tried, and failed to justify why would someone buy a small home appliance from a brick and mortar shop in Malta; You have to drive through traffic, face parking, or the lack of it, get blank stare answers from clueless sales persons, choose between a myriad selection of two different models, which only one of them is in stock, get a dodgy one year warranty, not to mention prices. Even if you are willing to go through all these hurdles, once you will need your only brick and mortar benefit, which is after-sales service, well, you know the drill.
